Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) means Universal Life Force Energy - it is a method of natural healing, relaxation and stress reduction based on a Japanese Technique. Reiki is from two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
